Successful Alumni Think Alike…

Judging by the boldly patterned class jackets, Princeton is well-represented at Beaumont. Which makes sense, as these graduates are not about to just “retire” in the ordinary sense of the word.

The University’s unofficial motto, “Princeton in the nation’s service and the service of humanity,” points to an extraordinary level of civic engagement. Not surprisingly, after successful careers in law, finance, business and public service, these graduates are not going to let someone else determine their retirement for them.

Beaumont is owned and governed by its residents. The professional management team works on their behalf, not an outside board or for-profit corporation. The result is a resident board and committee structure that offers you the opportunity to remain actively engaged; to help shape policy and ensure a vibrant community for the long-term.

There is no entrance fee at Beaumont. Instead, you purchase your villa or apartment, and become a voting member of the non-profit corporation. You are able to customize your home to your own taste and aesthetic – to truly make it your “home.”

“Ownership changes the way residents feel about their home and community. Beaumont is decidedly non-institutional, and we share a tremendous sense of pride. It also instills an equality among residents – no one is more or less important – that creates a feeling of genuine warmth and camaraderie.”      – Beaumont resident since 2017

All services at Beaumont are included in the monthly fee, leaving you free to concentrate on living well. Whether you continue to work or choose to relish culture and travel, the Philadelphia metro area is second to none. You’ll be on the doorstep of world-class concert halls, museums, sport venues, historical attractions, restaurants, mountains and beaches. Major rail links and the international airport put any destination within reach. You’ll wonder where to find the time for your retirement!

We invite you to experience Beaumont for yourself. Contact any of the Princeton alumni and they will gladly give you the grand tour, offer their insights and experiences, and probably show off their jacket.
