    About Us

    How did we get here?

    A history of looking ahead.

At the heart of our 50-acre campus in Bryn Mawr is the original Austin Mansion, which dates back to 1912 and was designed for William Austin, president of Baldwin Locomotive. But as much as Beaumont residents are charmed by the Victorian architecture and the beauty of our original grounds, our focus is always on the future.

Today, the beautifully restored Mansion is the centerpiece of the community and houses many of the common areas and dining rooms. Two buildings featuring 131 apartments are conveniently connected to the Mansion, and 68 private villas border the Beaumont Woods.
