Rehabilitation Care at Beaumont

Patients who are discharged from the hospital may need help to transition home confidently and safely in our Health Center. Beaumont’s medical, nursing and rehabilitation teams understand the emotional and physical challenges you may face on the road to recovery. Closely integrated with our nursing staff, our rehabilitation team includes physical, occupational and speech therapy to care for a range of conditions, such as:

• Orthopedics and joint replacement rehabilitation
• Post-surgery, illness and injury recovery
• IV therapy, including antibiotics and pain management
• Stroke and neurological care
• Cardiac care
• Pulmonary care
