In October, ground was broken to expand Beaumont at Bryn Mawr’s fitness facilities, add a casual bistro, bar and billiards room, and renovate the historic 1912 Austin Mansion, centerpiece and social hub of the community.

Beaumont at Bryn Mawr welcomes Joseph J. Peduzzi as President. He succeeds Mr. Joseph Fortenbaugh, who retired after 20 years in the top management position.

With the arrival of Beaumont’s new IT Director Mark Surkin and his assistant Jeremy Varnis comes the long anticipated arrival of a wireless campus and in-house “Triple Play” services. Starting in 2012, Beaumont residents and guests will be able to connect wirelessly, nearly anywhere on campus, at any time.
