    The Beaumont Difference

When we say, “It’s all yours,” we mean that literally.

If you are comparing Beaumont to one or more Life Plan Communities in your search, you should know that in at least one respect there is no comparison.

    No entrance fee.
Where other communities charge an entrance fee that confers no actual property, at Beaumont, you purchase your home and become an equal voting member in our not-for-profit corporation.

    True equity.
Beaumont residents own the community, and the professional management team works on their behalf with two boards mainly comprised of residents. So as a resident, you continue to have a voice in how you live, as well as the support and care you receive.

    Cooperative living.
Being owners as well as residents strengthens the sense of community we all share here at Beaumont. Those who live here are as invested in the success of our community as those who work on our campus and serve on our board.

    Comfort and joy.
Beaumont is a comfortable community, both in scale and scope. Food, programs and services are at a 5-star level. Residents and staff know one another by name, and their interactions are warm and harmonious.

Expect the best (and you might still be pleasantly surprised).
As a Beaumont owner, you are also empowered to customize your villa or apartment to your own taste and truly make it your own; you can deduct a substantial portion of your monthly fee that is attributable to real estate taxes (as allowed by the IRS); and you may sell your home at any time should your situation change.

‘Ownership’ changes the way residents feel about their home and community. We share a tremendous sense of pride. Not only is Beaumont not-for-profit, it is non-institutional. It instills an equality among residents — no one is more or less important — that creates a feeling of genuine warmth and camaraderie.
