In order for the import to complete properly, the file exported from Excel in CSV format MUST comply to the following format:

Your Excel columns should be in the following order

Salutation, First name, Last name, Address, Special notes, Email, City, State, Zip, Zip+4, Phone, Date on list, Year desired, Apple, Chestnut, Walnut, Birch, Cherry, Juniper, Locust, Pine, Spruce, Gatehouse

Each subsequent line MUST represent one record:

Mr., John, Smith, 123 Elm St., Has a dog,, Anytown, PA, 12345, 6789, (215) 123-4567, 2010-10-20, 2024, X,,,, X, X,,,,

Fields with no data need to be represented as an empty field – for example, the example above has no data for the Chestnut, Walnut, Birch, Locust, Pine, Spruce or Gatehouse fields.
