Beaumont at Bryn Mawr was conceived and developed as a non-profit association to meet the need for a retirement community of superior quality that would fulfill the health, social and recreational needs of older persons who desire to adhere to the values and culture they previously enjoyed. To this end, Beaumont’s objectives are to enable residents to live a meaningful, pleasant, rewarding and dignified life in a friendly atmosphere; to satisfy the residents’ need for independence and privacy through cooperative ownership; to assure them of excellent health care and security; and to maintain among residents and staff a spirit of mutual concern in order to perpetuate the superior quality of life at Beaumont.
