Beaumont at Bryn Mawr offers a “Full Continuing Care Program” with all the benefits of real estate ownership. Beaumont offers active individuals 60 years of age or older, and couples where one spouse is 60 years of age or older, an independent lifestyle supported by a range of services including, but not necessarily limited to, fine and casual dining, security, maintenance, housekeeping, flat linen laundry, transportation, and a comprehensive continuum of health care. Residents also have use of numerous facilities in The Commons buildings: lounges, a fitness center, indoor heated pool, auditorium, library, arts and crafts room, putting green, garden, greenhouse and woodworking shop, as well as the walking trail in Wheeler Woods. A gift shop, beauty salon/barber shop, theater, and bank are located on the premises. The Austin Mansion, built in 1914 is on the grounds and contains a clubroom, cocktail lounge, music room and seven intimate dining rooms that can also be reserved for private parties.
