Your Real Estate Purchase or Sale Made Easy

The marketing department at Beaumont manages all real estate transactions without commission or compensation. From finding buyers and showing the units, to facilitating negotiations and executing the documents, the process is made as straightforward and painless for you as possible.

The price for each unit is negotiated individually but is guided by the Beaumont formula for a maximum price. We use an IRS-driven formula to reflect the base cost, plus any capital improvements made by the seller, plus an appreciation or depreciation factor reflecting local area real estate prices. Naturally, you are free to make any offer below the maximum price, which the seller may or may not accept.

At the time you submit your Purchase Agreement and admission forms, a down payment of ten percent is required. The balance of the purchase price is due at settlement.
