Homes at Beaumont are handsomely appointed, with all the amenities one would expect. Our generous floorplans are among the most desirable in the area. Two three-story buildings house 131 (one- and two-bedroom) apartments, 68 one- and two-bedroom private villas and a gatehouse look out from our landscaped setting's over our tree lined campus.
Villas range from 1,668 to 3,940 square feet of living space found in either one or two levels,with various combinations of private gardens, patios or decks and one- or two-car garage.
Apartments range from 1,029 to 2,346 square feet of living space, plus balcony and storage. Apartments also feature covered garage parking at no additional cost to the resident.
In every villa and apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a built-in dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with icemaker and a garbage disposal. All homes have a washer and dryer. Master baths feature both a tile shower and a bathtub, and second bathrooms have a combination shower/tub. Many homes have been modified and upgraded to suit the homeowner’s individual taste.
Each villa has a fireplace. The fireplaces are bordered by slate and wood trim, with a slate hearth, unless they have been customized.
