Outpatient Services

Outpatient Services, known also as The Wellness Center, operates 365 days per year, with convenient office hours seven days per week, including holidays. The emphasis of the wellness is on preventive care. Working with our clinical staff –  state certified and licensed Resident Care Coordinator, Nurse Practitioner, and Insurance Liaison –  you are an active participant in the proactive management of your health and well-being.

The Wellness Center offers the following comprehensive support services:

• Case management

• Emergency response

• Hospice services

• Laboratory Services

• Medical transportation arrangements

• Pharmacy services – deliveries received Monday through Saturday

• Primary physician office hours

• PT/INR testing (Prothrombin Time/International Normalized Ratio)

• Referrals to on-site specialists

• Resident check-in

• Vaccinations

• Wound care.

By appointment, the Wellness Center offers on-site access to:

• Physical/occupational/speech therapy

• Audiologist

• Dermatologist

• Hearing aid specialist

• Optician

• Physiatrist

• Podiatrist

• Psychologist.
