Beaumont Recognized Again, 2016 “Top 100 Place to Work”

The Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News and again recognized Beaumont at Bryn Mawr as one ofthe region’s top 100 best places to work during its fourth annual award celebration, held on March 16, 2016.

Those who know their organizations best determine the award: the employees. Employees nominate companies large and small as “Top Work Places,” and are then invited to respond to an employee survey. The survey covers employee alignment toward common goals, as well as job factors such as training, management, pay and benefits.

Mary Wells, Director of Human Resources, said, “This award reflects extremely well on our organizational health. We appreciate our employees for their dedication and hard work, and are grateful that they consider us a top place to work. It is because of them Beaumont continues to be one of the best retirement communities in the country!”
